The Celebration Package has been designed as an all-inclusive package for those people that want someone to organise a hassle free event for them. During your initial consultation, your Event Consultant will discuss with you your budget, theme/colour scheme, ideas etc. Your Event Consultant will then do all the hard work for you. They will source venues and suppliers for whatever service is required for your event. Your Event Consultant will put together several options for you to choose from. Once you have made a selection, Pink Parasol Events will act as the primary point of contact between you and the selected vendors and make bookings on your behalf.

~ Up to 10 follow up consultations to discuss the progress of your event
~ Contact with your Event Consultant via phone or email throughout the entire planning process
~ Assistance on the day of your event, including setup and/or pack down to ensure that the event runs smoothly.
